*FREE DELIVERY in Australia for orders over $120.00 - for orders less than $120.00 the charge is $10.00 Prices are in AU Dollars and include the GST  Your order will usually be sent by Express or Registered Post where a signature is required on delivery. As a security precaution we will only deliver your order to your home address. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box nor do we deliver to a 3rd party. If you are not home to receive the goods, Australia Post will leave a note advising you of a parcel waiting for collection at your local Post Office. The usual delivery time will be 5-10 working days after your order has been accepted. We will email you an Order Update when your Credit Card transaction has been processed and your goods have been sent which will include the postage and delivery details. If we are Out Of Stock we will advise you of the delay and Estimated Delivery Time. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we are unable to verify to our satisfaction, that the Delivery and Billing details provided are those of your home address. We may agree to deliver to your place of work if we are able to establish the security of delivery. Please Note Christmas/New Year Delivery Delay: Processing and Delivery of your order during the busy Christmas/New Year period from the 20th of December until the 20th of January can take 2 to 3 weeks.

Acceptance of Payment by Credit Card through our Shopping Cart or through PayPal When you place your first order through our Shopping Cart, you will be asked to Create an Account. As the Customer you must also be the Credit Card owner. You cannot pay for your order with another persons credit card. You must provide us with your home address for delivery and for verification of your identity. You can select to pay for your order by Credit Card through our Shopping Cart or through your PayPal account. When we receive your order we will email you your Order Number confirming the details of your order including the cost of the goods ordered, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card on acceptance of your Order. You can also click on the link in the email which will take you to our web site where you can log on to view all the details of your Pending Order. We will email you an Order Update when your Credit Card transaction has been processed and your goods have been sent which will include the postage and delivery details. A Tax Invoice and your Credit Card transaction receipt will be sent with your goods. Your Credit Card transaction will not usually be processed until your order has been accepted and the goods are ready to send. In the event of your order being cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, we will process a refund to your credit card account for the amount of the charge. If we receive payment through your PayPal account but we are unable for some reason to accept your order, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we are unable to verify to our satisfaction, that the Delivery and Billing details provided are those of your home address.
You can also make a purchase by faxing or mailing us your order. You can choose to pay by credit card or by enclosing an Australia Post Money Order. Click on the MAIL ORDER FORM fill in the details and fax or mail your order to us. If paying by Credit Card the transaction will not be processed until the goods are ready to send.
