Returns Policy
RETURNING GOODS FOR EXCHANGE
You can return goods for exchange, however you must pay the postage charges. Therefore it is very important to make your selection carefully to avoid this extra cost. It is your responsibility to indicate the correct details when ordering, therefore please take extra care especially when selecting your size. If you have any questions, it is always best before you buy to email us at enquiries@sambear.com.au Goods returned for exchange must be in new condition, not worn or used, with labels attached and in original packaging. Postal Charges for Goods returned to us and for the exchanged Goods sent back to you are payable by you the Customer. You will need to authorise us to charge your credit card for the return postage by email at enquiries@sambear.com.au Goods must be returned to us for exchange within one week of delivery within Australia. Before returning Goods for exchange, please request an authorisation by email at enquiries@sambear.com.au
RETURNING GOODS FOR REFUND
If you change your mind you can return the goods to us for a refund. We would refund you for the cost of the goods, less the postal charges we incurred on sending the goods to you. You must also pay for the return postage on goods returned for a refund. Goods returned for a refund must be in new condition, not worn or used, with labels attached and in original packaging. Goods must be returned to us for refund within one week of delivery within Australia. Before returning Goods for a refund, please request an authorisation by email at enquiries@sambear.com.au |
